Da ich ein Jahr ins Ausland muss, vermiete ich meine Wohnung im 6. Budapester Bezirk (Nähe Parlament bzw. Westbahnhof) ab sofort für maximal 12 Monate. Ich bin selbst eine alleinerziehende Mama und habe daher meine Wohnung eher feminin hergerichtet. Sie wurde aufwendig renoviert, und entspricht mehr einem „weiblichen Geschmack“. Deshalb eignet sich die Wohnung für zwei Frauen oder ein Paar. Wenn ihr eine gute Freundin bzw. Studienkollegin habt oder ein Paar (also maximal zu zweit) und noch dazu NICHTRAUCHERINNEN seid, seid ihr die idealen KandidatInnen! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Vorraum mit einer Galerie, zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit einem Zwischenstock), einer großen Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem Balkon. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 820 Euro, wobei die monatlichen Betriebskosten (120 Euro) schon inkludiert sind. Strom und Gas sind extra zu bezahlen, die Kosten halten sich aber äußerst gering, da die Wohnung im Zuge der Renovierung gegen Wärme und Kälte perfekt isoliert worden ist. Zu Mietbeginn wird auch eine Kaution von zwei Monatsmieten (d.h. 2x 700 Euro= 1400 Euro) eingehoben. Auf Wunsch kommt einmal im Monat eine Reinigungskraft, die ebenfalls im Mietpreis inkludiert ist.
