Nella proprietà in una zona separata vivono i proprietari (marito e moglie), due persone open minded che possono mostrare quelle che sono le tradizioni della città (parlano italiano e francese). ATTENTION, READ CAREFULLY! 1. The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the listing is different from the "tenant protection fee" asked by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee has to be paid at check-in in CASH. 2. The DEPOSIT is mandatory and it has to be paid at check-in in CASH. 3. The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay and it has to be paid in CASH at check-in. If these payments are not made at check-in in the above-mentioned manner, keys will not be delivered. ATTENTION! The Deposit is reimbursed at the end of your stay within a WEEK from check out. A sum of 80 euros will be deducted from the deposit for final cleaning and Covid19 (and its variants) sanification. The deposit will be reimbursed ONLY if the apartment is left in good condition, no appliances have been broken and all payments have been made.
