Ein kleiner Teich und ein schöner Park sind direkt hinter dem Haus. Bus- und Tramstationen sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten am Europarc Dreilinden und in ca. 10-15 Minuten in Berlin-West. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Ärztehaus, Bäcker, Restaurant/Café/Bistro, aber auch das Einkaufszentrum Stern-Center sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
