Beide Wohnungen sind über den Garten erreichbar. Es ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen SFX. Mit Autobahnanschluß A113. Die Goethestr. ist eine sehr ruhige Straße mit vielen Parkplätzen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und aufmerksam. Die Nachbarn lieben ruhige und freundliche Anwohner. Der Garten dart benutzt werden. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein kleines Steinhaus (Laube) und eine Garage, diese werden vom Eigentümer benutzt. Es gibt genug öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Gesetz schreibt eine Vermietung für mehr als 6 Monate ( also 6 Monate und 1 Tag oder länger) vor. Ich habe gute Erfahrungen mit Gästen, die einen Arbeitsvertrag auf Zeit in Berlin haben. Solche Gäste würde ich bevorzugen. Ich bin telefonisch erreichbar und wohne in der Nähe. Die Nachbarschaft: Einfamilienhäuser, sehr ruhig...Es ist der ideale Ort zur Erholung mit frischer Luft am Rande der Großstadt und trotzdem ist man in kurzer Zeit im Stadtzentrum oder am Flughafen. Man ist erholt und ausgeruht. Nebenan ist ein Wald, deshalb auch die frische Luft. Der perfekte Ort zum Energie tanken um leistungsfähig arbeiten zu können. optimal mit einem Auto und...zwischen S-Bahnhof Grünau und S-Bahnhof Altglinicke mit dem Bus 263 , gut mit dem Auto Nähe Flughafen SFX Nähe 96a. Mit einem Fahrrad ist man auch gut unterwegs, das machen viele Berliner, man kann es in der S-Bahn mitnehmen und Nachts im Garten bei uns abstellen. Fahrradfahren in Berlin und Bohnsdorf ist ein Genuß, da die Luft schön frisch ist...
