Very quiet and cozy apartment. Shops and shops next door. Bus and subway opposite. Located near universities Complutense, ICADE, CEU etc. In front of the Moncloa metro/bus station. The landlord has two kittens. If you like animals you are welcome to send the advertiser a chat! Within the academic year I only rent for the whole academic year. ❗❗❗ The extra cost is for heating.
