Alles in allem schafft dies ein sehr individuelles Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Zülpicher Straße ist ein begehrtes Ausgeh-Viertel und ist fußläufig sowohl in die Innenstadt als auch zur Universität und in die anliegenden Parks und Grünflächen.
