Ongoing construction works in the vicinity of the building, with no timetable for completion. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and balcony and one with two single beds. An air conditioning unit located in the access corridor to the rooms, allows to easily refresh the spaces. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower only. → Living room The living room features modern decor, plenty of sunlight and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and air conditioning unit. → Balconies It also has two balconies, overlooking the São Bento station. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
