The balcony view is up and down Avenida Duque de Ávila and the cityscape below. This apartment’s owners love to cook, so the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. There is a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, teapot, food processor, toaster, and coffee maker for your use. All mattresses are firm and high quality. All bedrooms are quiet and dark at night, and have separately-controlled heaters, ensuring your good sleep. The back porch features a breakfast table, large American-style refrigerator, and separate washer and dryer.
