Single bedroom in a shared apartment available nearby Loreto. It's a furnished room composed by a double sofa bed, a desk, a spacious wardrobe and a coffee table. I live in the apartment with my boyfriend but we travel a lot for work so we are not gonna stay in the house for long periods. There is also a nice living room and a kitchen with a little balcony. There's also a basement that you can use. The apartment is on the first floor and there's the elevator. Concierge service every day from 8am to 1pm. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. Just 10 minutes walking distance to the metro stop Turro (red line - M1) and 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop (bus 53) and from PAM supermarket. Nearby you can also find other supermarkets and pharmacies in 10 minutes walking distance. Wifi, heat and waste tax included. Electricity is 60 euro every 2 months. One month deposit at check in. Two months notice before leaving the room. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
