The use of an air source heat pump for cooling, heating, and hot water supply, the re-use of the residual heat of the shower, and the utilization of skylights with lots of natural light all contribute to the loft's sustainability. It features a water softening system, air conditioning (cooling and heating), a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent bathroom with a double sink and a spacious shower. The bed is 200*180 cm, which is ‘Muy Grande’ to Spanish standards. The mattress is of 5-star hotel quality. The furnishings, equipment, glasses, pottery, and cutlery are all great quality and mostly made in Spain. The decor is a mix of vintage furniture, decorations from local workshops, and items from trendy stores.
