It’s shared with the renter of the adjacent studio apartment. Security deposit of € 1700. Area description The apartment is located in Porta Romana, an upscale central residential area, very quiet and safe. In the same time it’s a lively district, with a park, nice shops, art galleries, cool bars and typical restaurants. 5 minutes walking from the subway nr. 3 yellow line Porta Romana and Lodi, 15 minutes walking from Bocconi University. Close to all the main public transports, you can reach the city center even just walking. Every kind of shop and service nearby. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 300. The cost can change according to the size and the conditions of the accommodation.
