It features 6 rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, central heating, double bed, bedside tables, desk, chairs, wardrobe, shelves, double-glazed windows, shutters, and blackout curtains. The apartment has an open-plan living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, including a washing and drying machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators, pantry, and ironing board. There are 2 bathrooms, both with windows. The price includes utilities, bi-weekly bed linen changes, and weekly cleaning of the entire apartment (rooms and common areas). Nearby, you'll find restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets, and a market where you can buy fresh products. The building also has an elevator and doorman service from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM Monday to Friday. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
