You will undoubtedly enjoy a pleasant stay! The 210m2 apartment with double-glazed windows consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and 2 with single beds, all with windows and equipped with central heating, bedside tables, desks, chairs, 1 armchair, and 1 wardrobe. The living room has cable TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators. There is a sunroom with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The price includes utilities, bi-weekly bed linen changes, and weekly cleaning of the entire apartment (rooms and common areas). Taxis are available right outside the building, and Saldanha Metro Station is just 3 minutes away. There is excellent local commerce, with nearby restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets, and a market where you can find fresh produce. The building also has an elevator and doorman service from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on public holidays (if the holiday falls on a weekday).
