The room is available for ONE person only. Private 15 nm lockable room furnished (bed, desk, chair, two large and two smaller cabinets, nigh cabinet). The room located in a 54 nm flat (at the 3. floor of the building - there is an elevator) – there is only one flatmate in the another room. Shared toilet, and shared shower. Kitchen: Shared: hot plate (cooking plates), microwave oven, washing machine. For the new tenant: empty kitchen cabinets, own fridge. Transportation: Bus: 9, 99, night bus: 909; Trolley: 72, 83; Tram: 24, 28, 62, 2M House rules: - No drugs at all; nor regular drinking - No audio at all: only with headset or none - No pets (aquarium ok) - Be silent - Smoking (tobacco only!) allowed with regular airing - If you fail to do regular cleaning in the commonly used areas then that will be done with extra cost - Consumables (like washing powder, shower gel, toilet paper, etc is not shared) - Silent guests rarely can be ok after negotiation, regularly not (this is a rent for one person, not one person + girlfriend/ boyfriend, or one person + guests especially not overnight) The ideal tenant: Silent, who don`t like noise, but prefer a calm environment for either study, relax or silent activity, or not much at home. Preferably someone from CIS countries who by the way speaks in English at least in an intermediate level - the another tenant gladly helps the new arrivals to know more about Hungary.
