Minimalistische, vollmöbelierte Studentenwohnung - Nähe Hauptuni Beschreibung Ich vermiete ein Zimmer (20m2) in einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnung (80m2) mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Kahlenberg im 17. Bezirk. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (6. Stock mit Lift). Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem WC, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Das Schlafzimmer für Untermieter ist 20m2 groß und ist zum Kahlenberg ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert: ein neu gekauftes Boxspringbett, ein kleines Ankleidezimmer mit Holzregalen in der Ecke und einem Schreibtisch. Der/die Untermieter/in darf die ganze Wohnung außer meinem privaten Schlafzimmer benutzen. Ich lebe noch in der Wohnung, aber ich bin regelmäßig auf langen Reisen. Einbauküche aus Holz mit Geschirrspüler und LG-Kühlschrank. Teekocher und Toaster sind vorhanden. Kleines Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne. Separates WC. Parkettböden. Betriebs- und Nebenkosten, Strom und Heizung sind inkludiert. WICHTIG: Es ist nicht möglich, hier den Hauptwohnsitz anzumelden!!
