Bezirk. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (6. Stock mit Lift). Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem WC, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Das Schlafzimmer für Untermieter ist 20m2 groß und ist zum Kahlenberg ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert: ein neu gekauftes Boxspringbett, ein kleines Ankleidezimmer mit Holzregalen in der Ecke und einem Schreibtisch. Der/die Untermieter/in darf die ganze Wohnung außer meinem privaten Schlafzimmer benutzen. Ich lebe noch in der Wohnung, aber ich bin regelmäßig auf langen Reisen. Einbauküche aus Holz mit Geschirrspüler und LG-Kühlschrank. Teekocher und Toaster sind vorhanden. Kleines Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne. Separates WC. Parkettböden.
