There is a fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge/freezer, 2 hotplates, combined microwave oven; complete crockery); a complete bathroom. For storage there are two cupboards and shelves. There is a new electric water heater. Technical diagnostics performed in 2018. Rent 720 euros per month including all charges (water, electricity, individual heating, Wifi; lift and communal cleaning). There are no additional costs - just come in and make yourself at home. Ideal for students, renting medium or long term. Available from the 15th of June 2023....
