Im Zimmer finden Sie ein modernes Bad und einen Minikühlschrank. Das Zimmer bietet die gleiche Gemütlichkeit, die man sonst nur zu Hause findet. Es ist mit einem Doppelbett, Nachttischen und Lampen, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Sessel und einem Fernseher ausgestattet, was volle Flexibilität auf die Vorlieben und Bedürfnisse des Mieters bietet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne, in den Boden eingelassene Heizung und kostenloses, hochwertiges WLAN. Schließlich hat die Wohnung sehr breite Fenster, die die Sonne hereinlassen, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Altstadt. Dies verleiht der Wohnung eine helle und sehr großzügige Atmosphäre. Selbstverständlich ist die Wohnung mit hochwertigen Verdunkelungsvorhängen ausgestattet, falls Sie etwas Privatsphäre wünschen. Zusatzleistungen wie Zimmerreinigung oder Wäscheservice können gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden. Wir haben eine Mindestmietdauer von 1 Monat und unser Mietpreis beinhaltet WLAN und ein sicheres Türschlosssystem. Der im Inserat angegebene monatliche Mietpreis für diese Wohnung ist für eine Person ausgelegt. Wenn eine andere Person einziehen möchte, wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 150€ erhoben. Lage: Unser Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Peterskirche, die im Zentrum der Altstadt liegt. Die Heidelberger Altstadt ist reich an Sehenswürdigkeiten, liegt direkt unterhalb des Schlosses und erstreckt sich entlang des Neckars mit dem Karlstor an einem Ende und dem Bismarckplatz am anderen. Die Altstadt ist eine wunderbare Kombination aus Alt- und Neubau, wobei die Hauptstraße die Hauptstraße ist, um durch die Innenstadt zu gelangen.
