The apartment has direct access to the living area and kitchen. The kitchen (Scavolini) is equipped with everything to allow you to prepare dishes and dishes at will. The exposed brick arch, the ancient fireplace (not usable), and the terracotta floor warm the environment enhancing the modern elements of the space. A comfortable cream-colored sofa, the Smart TV, a coffee table, and shelves with books decorate the room. Through a corridor (where there is also a large closet you will find all the accessories for cleaning the house) you pass to the bedroom; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress, a single sofa bed.
