This small apartment is nice and completely furnished, it’s located in a great location, Isola / Garibaldi, very close to the station, Gae Aulenti Square, Moscova and much more. This charming apartment (with one bedroom) has a typically Milanese flavor, inside a courtyard inhabited and lived in by artisan shops; it is located in the heart of the Isola / Garibaldi district and is located on the 2nd floor (without lift). The house accommodates up to 4 people and enjoys functional, clean, well thought out, finely furnished, and equipped environments ( Wi-Fi, SMART TV, heating, air conditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer, wardrobes, equipped kitchen, and much more). The warm tones of the parquet floor create harmony with the materials and furnishing elements. The two-room apartment has direct access to the living area and kitchen. A dining table with chairs placed at the side of the ancient fireplace (not usable), a bookcase surrounding the double sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen equipped and equipped with everything you need, and the Smart TV, are the elements that make up this part of the house, the living area. A door leads to the sleeping area, where the bedroom is located; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress. A large wardrobe is placed in front of it. Finally, we find a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In a compartment, at your disposal, you will find all the accessories for cleaning the house and the washing machine/dryer. A small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard in front of the door offers a table with two chairs. Documents required 1- Passport or Id (if european) 2- Italian Fiscal Code (it is mandatory here in Italy and we need it to prepare the rental agreement that we are forced to register at the Agenzia delle entrate) - if you don't have it yet, you can easily go to any Agenzia delle Entrate and get it for free , very easy and quick. (Click here for more information) To withdraw from it, 30 days notice is required. CLEANING SERVICES AND LINEN CHANGE - The properties are clean and ready to be used. The rate we offer includes cleaning and linen change every 15 days (to agree together time and day). If you need extra cleaning or extra linen, the cost varies according to the capacity and size of the apartment. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
