It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops). The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.40m x 2m), air conditioning, A BALCONY, closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included. All bedsheets will be there when you arrive if you wish but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is 60.-€. The minimum stay is 10 months, otherwiese the price is more expensive. Apartment with five bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an oversized kitchen with brand new appliances. All rooms have air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a spectacular view over the street. There are balconies overlooking the Basilica de San Isidro in the living room and one bedroom. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 40€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 4th floor. We ask for a two months security deposit.
