Nice and bright room for rent in a shared apartment in the very heart of Madrid!. The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops). The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable storage bed that can be opened (single double / 1.05m x 1.90m), closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included. All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is 60.-€. Apartment with six bedrooms, two big bathrooms, and an oversized kitchen with brand new appliances. All rooms have beds, closets, desks, and chairs. The beds are storage beds: they can be opened to store more things. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 40€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 3rd floor. The minimum stay is 10 months, otherwiese the price is more expensive. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
