It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops). The minimum stay is 10 months except in summer. The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable storage bed that can be opened (single double / 1.40m x 1.90m), a big window, closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included. All bedsheets will be there when you arrevie but you will have to pay for them when you move out, the price is 60.-€ Apartment with six bedrooms, two big bathrooms, and an oversized kitchen with brand new appliances. All rooms have beds, closets, desks, and chairs. The beds are storage beds: they can be opened to store more things. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 40€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 3rd floor.
