The neighbourhood of the Calle Poeta Mas y Ros apartment is ideal for young people as it is a very lively and friendly neighbourhood. In addition, a few steps away you have the Plaza del Cedro, a common point for several Valencians where you can see cafes, restaurants and bars. It should be noted that public transport is ideal because the apartment is close to the Amistat-Casa de Salud metro, a metro line that connects to the airport, the centre of Valencia and the beach.
