Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung die über 2 Stockwerke geht und einen Garten und ein große Dachterrasse (südseitig, 23 m2) inklusive hat. Ich plane ein paar Monate ins Ausland zu gehen und deshalb ist das die ideale Gelegenheit diese wunderbare Wohnung zu mieten. Sie ist natürlich komplett eingerichtet und es kann alles benutzt werden. Sie ist auch für eine 3 er WG geeignet, da es 3 Zimmer gibt. Eines im Erdgeschoss und zwei im 1. Stock (mit direktem Zugang zur Dachterrasse). Es gibt auch einen wunderbaren Wohn- und Essbereich mit gemütlicher Couch zum gemeinsamen chillen. 1 Badewanne und ein WC im 1 Stock sowie auch einen Gäste WC im EG direkt beim Eingang. 1 Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, im zweiten Zimmer ist ein Hochbett eingebaut und im 3 Zimmer müsste man ein Bett reinstellen (da ich dieses Zimmer normal als Praxisraum nutze). Lage Die Lage ist wunderbar. Du bist in 10 Minuten im Grünen im Türkenschanzpark. In 10 Minuten bist du auch mit der Tram 42 bei der Hauptuni am Schottentor. Du bist in 2 Minuten bei der Straßenbahn 9 oder 42. Oder in 7 Minuten bei der U6 Station AKH. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür. Billa und Spar sowie Bipa und Penny. Die Währinger Straße ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt...
