The apartment comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, a table with chairs, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove and washing machine. The apartment had been recently refurbished and is highly functional, characterized by smooth hardwood floors and a tasteful violet color scheme. A spacious and sunny terrace with wooden tables and benches offers the perfect place to relax under the Barcelona sun and enjoy a breakfast with views of the neighborhood. The studio is located in the Born district, the accommodation is a short walk from several major tourist attractions, such as the Museo de Picasso, the Iglesia de Santa María del Mar, and the Arc de Triomf. El Born district of Barcelona is best known for its maze of winding streets and alleys, its magnificent architecture, and its large variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is also a few minutes from the Parc de la Ciutadella, perfect for jogging in the morning or a peaceful picnic.
