This apartment is in the city center and you can walk everywhere. It is located in one of the monumental squares of Madrid, in "Puerta de Toledo". The neighborhood is very nice. You will be next to the "Rastro", which is a street market that takes place every Sunday. If you like to go out to eat or party, you are 5 minutes from the "La Latina" neighborhood, which is full of restaurants, old taverns and clubs. If you like shopping, you can walk to Gran Vía, although if you come loaded with bags, you will surely prefer to take the metro back, since the Puerta de Toledo stop is less than 30 meters from the apartment. Next to the stop there is a bicycle rental base and several bus stops. And if you like running or you just want to go on a picnic, you might want to go to the Madrid Río park, which you can walk to in 10 minutes. As you can see, it is a very comfortable neighborhood, and it is also safe and quiet. The apartment is located in a building from 1868. It has been recently restored and, like other similar buildings in Madrid, it is protected due to its age. Going back to the description of the apartment, just saying that it has everything; sheets, towels, kitchen utensils including a kettle, blender and mixer. It also has air conditioning, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, etc. and everything you may need. The bed is double and very comfortable, and up to 4 people can eat in the dining room in case you want to invite someone. And if someone sleeps over, the sofa becomes a bed. If what you want is a comfortable place from which to walk everywhere, this is your place....
