This comfortable apartment consists of two large bedrooms furnished in a classic style and with custom-built natural wood furniture and a spacious eat-in kitchen with a balcony. Entering the apartment you enter a short corridor from which, immediately to the right, there is the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and set up with a comfortable table for six people, immediately next to the kitchen is the bathroom with window, with a comfortable shower and bidet . At the end of the corridor is the double bedroom, very spacious and equipped with air fans. The most characteristic part of this apartment is the living room, furnished with a comfortable 160x200 cm sofa bed and a nice loft entirely in wood that allows the use of an additional study space with desk or even the setting up of an additional sleeping space with the preparation of a large Japanese-style futon mattress. This charming apartment is equipped with independent heating and is inside an elegant building from the 1930s equipped with a newly built lift (works completed in February 2022). It is a very convenient solution to reach Fondazione Prada (less than 200m), the main stations for public transport are the underground yellow line M3 (Lodi stop) and bus line 65 in the immediate vicinity. Inserted in an area of strong expansion, this housing solution is equipped with every comfort and all the main services (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, ...) are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, with the advantage of a lot of space also for free parking car. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption. - We will provide you with a registered contract and the contract translated into English. - For an extra cost of 80 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen. - One-time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 150 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included), and for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 250 (VAT included). - Check-in & Check-out outside of working hours are to be paid, the amount may change accordingly to the day and time. - Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent.
