The room is in an apartment with 2 other rooms which can be rented as well, so you would share the two toilets, the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is fully private and not shared with other tenants. The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to the city centre (ca 15 minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes) and to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), a large public park, where you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University. Great shopping opportunities nearby, supermarkets, shopping street. Closest public transport: tram 1, metro U3 (Rochusgasse) and U4 and CAT (Wien Mitte), as well as the bus lines 4A and 80A. Also close to highway – but not disturbed by it. Das Badezimmer ist privat und wird nicht mit den anderen Bewohnern geteilt. Das Haus liegt im 3. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, in der Nähe des Hundertwasserhauses – einer der jüngsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens. Die Lage ist perfekt, da die Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt (ca. 15 Minuten), zum Flughafen-Zug CAT (ca. 10 Minuten) und zum Grünen Prater (ca. 5 Minuten), einem großen öffentlichen Park, wo Sportarten wie Radfahren, Laufen, Skaten, im Sommer auch Schwimmen im Stadionbad ausgeübt werden können. Außerdem sind der Campus der Wirtschaftsuniversität und der Sigmund Freud Privatuniversität bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Supermärkte, Einkaufsstraße etc. Nächste öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Straßenbahn 1, U-Bahn U3 (Rochusgasse) und U4 und CAT (Wien Mitte), sowie die Buslinien 4A und 80A.
