This apartment has been very well renovated with an eye for style. This neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and its closeness to the city center, public transport and highways. A lot of students and starters on the housing market in Rotterdam want to live here! The apartment is fully furnished (45sqM total) and located on the second floor. There’s a large living / dining room (21sqM) with a fully equipped open kitchen (6sqM). The kitchen has a granite top and five gas burners to cook on! Additionally there’s one microwave oven and one oven. The living / dining room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, a cabinet and a large wooden table including four chairs. With a large sliding door you’ll reach the 4sqM balcony (back side of the apartment). The bedroom (10sqM) with a walk-in closet (3sqM) has a double bed (180x210) and is located on the front side of the building. The bathroom (4sqM) has a shower with a wide shower head and a sink. In the hallway (3sqM) you’ll find the toilet and place to hang your coat. The whole apartment has a herringbone PVC flooring. The washing machine is shared with the tenant who rents a studio one floor hiogher. The total rent including all bills such as energy / internet / water is 1600EUR per month. A deposit equal to one months rent must be paid. A mandatory one time administration fee of 750EUR must be paid upon arrival. Registration is possible for one person! We offer a fixed contract on a short term lease basis, so no extension can be made after the contract has been signed. Location and transportation times: - The Blijdorp metro station is a seven minute walk away (metro to Rotterdam Central station and The Hague central station leave at least every 10 minutes during peak hours). -City center of Rotterdam is just 2KM away and still walkable after a good night out! -To Erasmus university it'll take you 33 minutes door to door with the metro and about 20 minutes with the bike (5,5KM) -Time to TU Delft with the metro and bus/train is around 40 minutes (door to door). -To The Hague Central Station or The Hague Hollands Spoor is a direct line with the metro (Randstadrail) under 40 minutes as well!! Supermarket is located just a five minute walk away as well as all kinds of other shops. Parking can be done on the streets in the area through a parking permit that can be applied for at city council....
