The sleeping area is divided into two separate spaces: one with a double bed and a desk, and the other with a single bed and a desk separated by a sliding curtain. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and stay connected with unlimited wifi internet access. A video tour of the apartment is available, and it will be supplied with towels and bed linens for your convenience. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort.
