It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave). There is air conditioning, individual heating, and internet connection. Located on the third floor with an elevator. The bedroom has a double bed (new mattress from Dormity), desk, a large built-in wardrobe, a window to the patio of 11.87m2, and its private bathroom of 4.96m2 which has a toilet, shower, and bidet. Large mirror and drawer area. The price includes all expenses (electricity, water, wifi), as well as cleaning every 2 weeks. I am looking for someone who values order, cleanliness, and respects others, in addition to taking care of the house.
