Large (55 square meters) and fully furnished independent flat for one person, with your own bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., second floor (attic) in a big house close to the EU Institutions. Shared fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor. Monthly rent is 750 Euro paid in cash at the beginning of each month. Additionally, there are 190 Euro charges to be paid monthly, which cover: gas, electricity, water, cable tv. Internet is included in the rent and you can access it immediately. And there is a 60 Euro charge for the final cleaning. Deposit 1000 Euro paid in cash on arrival. Minimum stay is 6 months with a possibility of extension. If you stay less than 6 months, there is a one month rent penalty. In case you have a bicycle you can keep it in a closed garage...
