RENTAL RATES - For bookings of less than 30 days, the daily rent for one person is €100, with a minimum stay of 3 days. - An additional charge of €150 per month applies for a second person for 1 month rent or more. - a legal contract and the establishment of residence in this property will result in a 10% increase in rent. 6. TRANSPORTATION - The nearest train station is "Trastevere," located 30 minutes walking away from the apartment. - bus to city center are at 10 minuts walking 7. PROCEDURES - Before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - An advance payment of €100 per month covers electricity expenses, with an allowance of up to 150 kWh per month. - Any excess energy consumption will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh. - If you require a registered rental contract, please request it before booking, as it will incur a 10% increase in rent; - the washing machine mentioned in the advertisement is shared and located outside the studio, on the same floor. The user will pay € 5 for each standard use (30mn) 8.
