The apartment consists of a living room, dining area, study area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms (both with a double bed). The house is newly renovated and has double-glazed windows which keep the house well isolated and keep any street noises out. There is WiFi, a television with all the main channels, and a dishwashing & washing machine. The house is located on a quiet street. Also, it is important to note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, however, there are wide stairs with a lot of space to walk up. Important note: For this property bills up to € 100 per month are included in the price. If you exceed this amount the difference will be charged extra.
