This 45m2 apartment, on the 2nd floor, offers 2 rooms. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen with a dining area and you have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom comes with a with toilet and shower. It comes with more features; the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV. The common washing and drying machine are in (hidden)ment. Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich ausgestattet und Sie haben ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet.
