Next to the beautiful Jardim das Flores and the Botanical Garden, the apartment is surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and antique shops. → Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building without elevator. → Rooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. → Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. → Living Room The living room has a smart TV with cable connection and an inviting sofa in front of the bright balcony with its view over the street. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 16:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Cot and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
