The furniture consists of a 1.40 meter wide bed, a comfortable couch, wardrobe, TV board, desk, etc. A large eat-in kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are used together. Location Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer. Bus lines 52 and 62 stop 50 meters from the house, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), underground station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance. All utility costs are included, a deposit is required. A cleaning lady is coming every week for the shared rooms. There are no parties allowed, and no gatherings in the kitchen after 10 p.m. due to a sick neighbour. The room is above a restaurant.
