The apartment comprises two single rooms and one double room. everything is covered, including electricity, water, autonomous heating, condominium fees, bicycle parking, waste tax, unlimited internet, and more. Additionally, communal parking is included. To secure your spot, we require a deposit equivalent to two months' rent. Don't miss out on this opportunity for comfortable and convenient living! Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2.
