We're renting out our one-bedroom apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway + balcony) with 54 m2 centrally located in the Schwabing area of Munich. Location: The apartment is situated on the fourth floor, with elevator, in the Schwabing-West neighborhood between subway stops Scheidplatz (U2/U3) and Bonner Platz. Both are a 5min walk, and give you access to University, Marienplatz = city center or the main station in less than 10min. It is a 2min walk to tram lines 12 and 28. The view from the large windows and the balcony is towards the west into the directly adjacent Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark. Shopping (Penny and Rewe supermarkets, Basic bio market, dm drug store and several other small shops, pharmacy and doctors) are easily reached by foot 100-200m away. The dining and bar district of Schwabing is few minutes by foot. Facilities: The apartment is fully furnished in modern style, including dining table + chairs, sofa that expands into a queen size bed, desk, closets, flat TV with cable, bed (140x200cm), drawers, lamps, kitchen (with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher). It includes a full set of housefold equipment (from ironing board to dishes to towels and linens). You can use a storage room in (hidden)ment. The apartment complex has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryer and drying room and a bicycle storage room that you can use. Rent: The all-inclusive monthly rent includes all utility (heating, electricity, cold and warm water, internet with DSL connection and WLAN, phone with unlimited plan for German landline connections). The pictures shown were taken before the previous tenants moved in. Since then, a new building on the opposite side of the street has reduced the views from the window, and the kitchen stove has been renewed...
