Dadurch haben Sie keine unverhältnismäßige Lärmbelastung - gleichzeitig aber auch den Hauptbahnhof, bzw. die S-Bahn-Station "Marktplatz" in Gehweite. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafés, Lokale und ein Einkaufscenter. Mit dem Auto ist die A661 in 3 Minuten erreicht, bis zur A3 sind es 5 Minuten, bis zur A5 eine viertel Stunde Jeder Winkel von Frankfurt & Umgebung ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht. Sie wohnen in einem vollausgestatteten, modern und vor allem wohnlich eingerichteten Apartment. Kein Schicki-Micki Designer-Apartment, in dem man sich nie richtig daheim fühlt. Stattdessen haben wir hochwertige und bequeme Möbel, in denen man sich auch für längere Zeit aufhalten kann. Selbstverständlich ist das Apartment komplett eingerichtet, also neben Sofa, Bett, Esstisch, Stühlen und Kommode: - Kitchenette inkl. Komplett-Ausstattung - Bad mit Dusche - Kleiderschrank mit Einbausafe - Internet und Smart-TV - Handtücher, Bettwäsche - Deko Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern auf der Etage. Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern befinden sich in der Tiefgarage. Parkplätze können in der Tiefgarage oder angrenzendem Parkhaus angemietet werden. Ebenfalls im Preis enthalten ist ein Reinigungsservice alle vier Wochen, inkl. Bettwäsche-, und Handtuchwechsel. Gegen Aufpreis kann gerne auch öfter gereinigt werden. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
