Die Gegend, eine der besten Lagen in Berlin, ist sehr schön grün und ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr stadtnah und in der Nähe bekannter Berliner Clubs. Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Treptow grenzen unmittelbar an. Die S-Bahn (Ostkreuz) und Tram (Richtung F-Hain + P-Berg) sind zu fuß in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz für ein Auto.
