Perfect for quick breakfasts or snack time before heading out to enjoy the city. → Living Area The building has a shared common area, perfect for kicking back and chilling between adventures in Porto. It's a great spot to meet and chat with other guests, swap travel tips, or just relax after a busy day of exploring! Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. For your arrival, we provide some basic hygiene items like toiletries and toilet paper, but these are given as a one-time welcome gesture. All other essentials, including salt, pepper, oil, and additional toilet paper, must be purchased by guests during their stay. → Bed and bath linen are provided for the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided at check-in, free of charge. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay, but they’ll incur an additional fee. Please make these requests at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00, and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys inside the lockbox before you go. → During your stay, you’re responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Don’t leave them in the lock or mailbox. If you need a technician for door opening or experience any damage to the key/lock, you’ll be charged for those services. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
