Apartment Attilio is a one-bedroom unit centrally located in the pedestrian-only area in the heart of historic Florence, halfway between the Piazza del Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, each only a three-minute walk away. On the second floor with an elevator, the apartment contains a spacious living room with a table and chairs, writing desk, TV smart, and sofa (which can convert into a sofa bed). The bedroom features period furniture, a double bed (or two singles if you prefer), and a chest of drawers. The large kitchen features a dining area with a table and credenza and is complete with dishes, stove, and oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, and more. The bathroom contains a shower. All linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen are included, as well as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, and TV smart, internet. Attilio is comfortable, complete with all necessary accessories, and has ample space for storage. It is also well-suited for long-term rentals. Nearby in the neighborhoods, you can find charming food stores and wonderful restaurants and shops, while some of the most famous fashion boutiques in the world are only steps away. This apartment is located in a quiet and elegant building and is recommended only to those who do not intend on leading a boisterous nightlife. The apartment is non-smoking. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE - The monthly rent is € 1100, but if the booking period is less than three months there is a 10% increase in the price - For utility costs, each apartment has its own meters for reading. Always, before entering, I specify that consumption is calculated between 3.5 and 9.5 euros per day depending on how the utilities are used, especially in the summer for air conditioning. - The security deposit depends on the period of stay, minimum of € 300 for one month to € 800 for longer periods - Once a week there is a change of linen, sheets, and towels € 15 per person.
