It is in the heart of the historic center of Florence, just twenty meters from the Piazza del Duomo and the Via Calzaiuoli, the main street in the pedestrian-only area which runs between the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE - The monthly rent is € 820, but if the booking period is less than three months there is a 10% increase in the price - For utility costs, each apartment has its own meters for reading. Always, before entering, I specify that consumption is calculated between 3.5 and 8.5 euros per day depending on how the utilities are used, especially in the summer for air conditioning. - The security deposit depends on the period of stay, minimum of € 300 for one month to € 600 for longer periods - Compulsory weekly charge for bed and bathroom linen service 15 euro per person.
