King's Terrace is a gorgeous home-from-home in a great location, situated between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hanley. Make this your home-from-home! The beds are a great size, comfy and cosy. There is a designated hanging clothes rail in each of the singles and a large double wardrobe for the twin rooms. Bedrooms 1 & 4 = Our gorgeous pink and blue singles complete with industrial clothes rails, no sacrifice of comfort for style Bedroom 2 = A gold and black twin room which shares a double wardrobe with Bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 = The larger of the twins, with a gorgeous pink and mauve foresty vibe and tonnes of floor space Additional sleeping space = The velvet sofa in the living room is also a double bed! Bedding will be provided for you, just let us know you need it for a comfy night's sleep Bathrooms: King Terrace boasts a very spacious shower room and a downstairs WC just off the utility room. This provides plenty of space for larger booking parties to glam up ready for the town, or pamper down ready for a comfy night in. Kitchen, utility and dining spaces: King's boasts a great sized modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cater during your stay. There is also a dishwasher, and in the utility room, under counter fridge and freezer and a combined washer-dryer. Off the utility room, there is a convenient WC. The dining room comfortably seats 6 guests, and additional seating can be provided. The vibe is a purple and mauve fig and pomegranate style. There is a comfy window seat in the bay window which provides some additional storage. Living room: The living room is a plush and stylish peacock inspired room, with sumptuous velvet armchairs and a sofa. Enough seating for 5-6 guests, and the sofa lowers into a comfy double bed for additional sleeping space. A 42" HD WiFi-connected Smart TV provides Freeview and apps such as Netflix, Prime and YouTube which you can access using your own accounts Outside Space: The rear yard is small but provides a nice space to get a bit of fresh air...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
