RULES: - Guests are required to be silent when entering and leaving the apartment. - The group leader will be responsible for any damages or harassment noises during the stay and must provide their ID card details at the time of booking. - In the event of harassment noises leading to complaints or intervention by local authorities, €200 will be withheld from the deposit. - No smoking is permitted. A €100 fee will be held from the deposit for extraordinary cleaning if the smell of smoke is detected at check-out. 6. BOOKING PROCESS: - Introduction required at the time of booking, including purpose of visit to Rome, occupation, and source of funds if a student. - First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in. 7. PRICING: - Price is set for a minimum 30-day stay. - Adjusted pricing for stays of 7 or 10 days, inquire for details. - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of 100. - Other costs include a building fee of €100 per month (fee for the administrator of the building). - At the booking time, the customer will pay through H.A; subseqyent payments will be done directly to the landlord. 8. DEPOSIT: - €1500 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded at check-out after inspection. 9.
