The WG is located on the first floor. There are several shops, a bank, post office and pharmacies nearby. The access with public transport is very good in the neighbourhood, there is S-Bahn, subway, as well as bus access and you need some 7 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone. Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay. Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen....
