La chambre se trouve au 1er étage de la maison familiale à 10'à pieds de L'ULB et proche de la VUB. De nombreux commerces, bars, restaurants se trouvent à 5' à pieds. Arrêt de bus 95 au coin de la rue, gare de Watermael-Boitsfort à 1 arrêt de bus, gare d'Etterbeek à 3 arrêts de bus. Nous avons un petit jardin et un chat adorable. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge. La cuisine est complètement équipée. La chambre est côté rue, plutôt calme le soir. Il y a un lit 140/200 avec matelas, protège matelas, oreillers, édredon et draps. Une garde robe 3 portes, une commode, une étagère, un bureau et une chaise de bureau. La salle de douche et le wc sont à partager av(hidden) chambre voisine. Le prix comprend absolument TOUT : la chambre, l'électricité, le chauffage , l'eau, Wifi, les produits d'entretien et de lessive ET LES REPAS !!! PAS DE CHARGES SUPPLEMENTAIRES. Il est possible de se domicilier pour un séjour d'un an, pas pour une durée inférieure....
