The kitchen has all the high-end appliances and utensils such as microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, and ceramic hob. The living room has exterior windows. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed with a full bathroom with a shower. The flat has air conditioning, heating by the heat pump and wifi. *The neighborhood* The flat is located in Tordera street in the Gràcia district of Barcelona. This area is very residential and quiet. It has all kinds of shops in the surroundings and different leisure areas such as squares, cafes, and restaurants. The Gracia neighborhood is characterized by its bohemian and family atmosphere; besides being a multicultural area with a great gastronomic offer from different countries of the world. The nearest metro stop is Verdaguer (L4 and L5).
