Upon entering you will find a beautiful living room, very bright with access to a balcony, perfect to enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to an interior patio. The building is in good condition and has a large communal terrace. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and wifi. The location is perfect. In the heart of Villa Gracia, surrounded by all kinds of commerce and a few steps from the Metro Fontana.
